During the Sunday Mass celebration, Most Rev. Jose Madanguit, MCIJ, DD promoted Rev. Fr. Ismael Noman "Jojo" Ngitngit, Jr, MCIJ to Honorary Prelate with a title of a Monsignor at San Jose Mangagawa Mission Community, Southmin iHomes, Brgy. Mabuhay, General Santos City.

Rev. Msgr. Jojo Ngitngit's appointment carries an official assignment that entrusts him the full ecclesiastical jurisdiction as Vicar Forane to oversee the clergy and the church communities in Socsargen vicariate of the Diocese of the Infant Jesus shepherding the flock under his care and governing the ecclesiastical jurisdiction as legal representative of the Diocese of the Infant Jesus.

Rev. Msgr. Ismael Noman Ngitngit, Jr. is granted the honorary title of a Monsignor of the Church according to the practice and tradition of North American Old Roman Catholic Church, Utrecht Succession, Archdiocese of California.
